     A PG diploma in quality surveying and commercial management opens up a wide variety of career opportunities. Contractors require site-based staff in the positions of site/project quality surveyors. Contractors’ head office opportunities include commercial managers and area quantity surveyors. Posts are also available in consultant quality surveying and project management practices and local and central government. Additionally, many large commercial clients have their own “in-house” quality surveyors. Graduates may also choose to specialize in the building, civil engineering, refurbishment or maintenance sectors of the construction industry.
