  The programme is designed to develop your skills as managers working in a media organization. It seeks to do this in two ways: firstly by improving your ability to analyze the nature of change in the contemporary media environment including the impact of technology, of changing audiences and regulation and secondly, by developing the skills and techniques needed to manage these changes.
