This course is unique as it brings together the disciplines of ecology, hydrogeology, resource management, and Plant Ecophysiology – all necessary for the sustainable management of our groundwater resources. The subjects provide a range of methods and knowledge that allows participants to identify groundwater dependent ecosystems, assess their vulnerability and uniqueness, and develop appropriate management plans. This course aims to increase and enhance the knowledge and ability of those concerned and involved with the management of land, catchments, groundwater resources and ecosystem health.
