   Introduction - M.Sc. (Food Science)
  Food Science is a rapidly growing field due to expanding knowledge in the science, as well as increasing public interest in the relationship between diet and health. Food science is a coherent and systematic body of knowledge and understanding of the nature and composition of food materials and their behavior under the various conditions. Thus, food science integrates the application to food of several contributory sciences. It involves knowledge of the chemical composition of food materials.
