   Introduction - MA Sociology
  Sociologists study social relationships. Sociology questions assumptions about the social world showing that such things as the family and gender relationship and race are socially constructed rather than naturally given. A degree programme in Sociology develops a range of abilities valued by employers, range of abilities valued by employers, including analytical skills, communicating ideas, independent judgement and the ability to think critically.
