   Introduction - PG Diploma in Business Economics
  Business Economics deals with the analysis of the behavior of firms in markets and industries and with determination of costs and prices. This is an introductory unit that provides a comprehensive analysis of the role of economics in business. It looks at economic methods and analysis: how a market system operates; how resources are allocated; and the role of government and other institutions in the market.
