   Introduction - PG Diploma in Occupational Geriatric Medicine
  The objective of the programme is to provide General Practitioners with basic skills in caring for the elderly. The course aims to produce graduates with some knowledge of all the main aspects of social gerontology. Students will be expected to develop a full appreciation and comprehensive understanding of the biological, psychological and social complexities involved in ageing.
